VERY IMPORTANT ANNOUNCEMENT
I have received the following message from the organisers of the Centenary Stages Rally Sheffield and Hallamshire Motor Club www.sheffieldandhallamshiremc.co.uk/
At last I've had the phone call confirming the use of RAF Barkston Heath. As most people know, Twyford Wood was trashed by the Forestry Commission and their logging activities and they are making it extremely hard work for us to do any repairs, so with a lot of phone calls and hard work mainly by one man (who isn't even a member of our club) we have managed to secure Barkston Heath.
The Centenary Stages on August 9th will be a round of EMAMC, ANEMMC, ANCC and Heart of England championships. The entry fee will be £190 and we plan to offer 60 - 70 miles over 8 stages on smooth tarmac and concrete. As we only got the go ahead today, regs will posted out 1st class to championship contenders hopefully by the end of the week. Regs will be available electronically in the next couple of days if anyone wants them sooner or if you're not registered for one of the championships or email me at tonyjones28@btopenworld.com We are expecting this event to fill up quickly so don't delay with your entries.
RAF Barkston Heath is to the north east of Grantham any approximately 10 miles north of Twyford Woods.
Rather than loose and event from the championship or run the event at a very rough Twyford Woods, the championship will relocate to RAF Barkston Heath. The date and organisers of the event remain the same.
2nd July, 2009
Swynnerton Army Training Camp, Staffordshire 27th September 2009

EROMC have secured the use of this superb venue that has only been used once before in the 1990s.
The event regulations and entry form will be available shortly from:
