Stroud District Motor Club

Information about the Club

Stroud & District Motor Club celebrated its Golden Jubilee in 2000 and marked it's 60th year in 2010 with a series of celebratory events. Over the last sixty plus years we have organised many different motor sporting events although in recent years the Club has concentrated primarily on trials. Our members compete regularly, and with great success, in the MCC and ACTC classics.

The Club promotes three classic trials:
Cotswold Clouds Trial in February.
Ebworth Trial (single venue classic)
Mechanics Trial

We also organise a series of summer PCTs.

On the social side there are regular events throughout the year culminating in the always-oversubscribed and not-to-be-missed Dinner Dance in November/December.

A regular Club Night is held every Monday from 9.00pm onwards at The Cotswold Club, Minchinhampton. Come along and see what makes us one of the friendliest motor clubs in Gloucestershire.
